Bushman Inferno BBQ

Comprises a 304 stainless steel Inferno with ceramic fibre insulation and refractory tile inserts for prolonged heat retention, it has two wire bound Cary handles and includes a wire mesh charcoal support and a standard grill. The base unit weighs 35 kg is approximately 600 mm long. 250 mm wide and 300 mm high. See downloads for exact sizing.
One of the standout features of the Bushman Inferno is its exceptional ability to grill kebabs to perfection. The width of the Inferno is precisely engineered to allow skewers to rest across the grill, ensuring even exposure to the intense charring heat of the coals. This results in beautifully caramelised edges while keeping the inside succulent and juicy Whether you're cooking classic lamb shish, vibrant vegetable skewers, or tender chicken kebabs, the Inferno guarantees restaurant-quality results every time.
  • Lifting Rig

    Add a lifting rig to your inferno allowing you to precisely adjust the height of your selected grills. This will also enable you to add a rotisserie to your setup.

    Argentinian Grill

    Drip Tray

    Large Plancha

The Bushman Inferno is a konro-like hibachi grill and it’s fantastic. It has an almost luxurious, sturdy feel to it- Highly durable and weatherproof, strong and functional and kept heat for hours with one load of good charcoal.
